What is articular cartilage?

A thin layer of tough, elastic, fibrous tissue that covers the articular surface of the bones of a joint. It consists of a network of type II collagen fibres and proteoglycans produced by chondrocytes. Collagen fibres account for more than 50% of the dry weight and are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the tissue.

Can it have negative effects on the body?

Artrinox has no negative effects on the body.

How long should Artrinox be taken for?

It is recommended to maintain treatment for at least 4-6 months, with a month's break between treatment periods.

Can collagen and hyaluronic acid be obtained in the normal daily diet?

Yes, but these substances are found in elements that do not normally form part of a normal diet, such as bones, cartilage, ligaments, tendons and skin.
